Users using these services span several generations hence a mobile application would be complex and it would not cover 100% of mobile users,therefore, we would have 60% of the market which are users that have Smartphone(the 3G and 4G).

We know that the 40% of users that still do not operate APP (service applications) wont be able to use it, thats why we decided to use technology that would cover all telephone services, with the simple system of text message (SMS) that can be possible even in citys that still have other technologies and transmission modes (GSM, NHTT, CDMA).

Our universe of control is in these vehicles and not limited by them.

The driver’s experience should reflect assuarance, when the users returns to their parking lot there will be no more expensive carries, if the user is in our system is because he/she payed and it means that the user still has a healthy account balance, so he/she will never get a parking fine again.
